God is GOOD AND PLENTY
Bro. James0 comments Notes
God is greater than your biggest fears.
God is richer than your deepest debts.
God is stronger than your fiercest enemies.
Those are the declarations that Pastor B shared with the congregation this past Sunday. Her message to us was to realize that God is “Good and Plenty”; He is able to be everything we need in this life.
How often do we live by these powerful declarations of faith? There is a common understanding of these truths – but how often do we live by these statements? How often do you approach a situation knowing that God is bigger than your biggest fears?
Our mind is a powerful tool in dictating our actions. And we should want to live out these empowering statements with our actions to enable us to press beyond current state or limitations. This week determine to iterate how “Good and Plenty” God is to you by focusing on making these declarations of God’s ability manifest in your thoughts and in your actions. And the first step …is trusting God.
O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.
-Psalm 34:8
